Founded in 2018 in the heart of New Rizvia Society, ZAMS – The Fitness Studio was born from one powerful idea: fitness is always better together. We created Karachi's most vibrant ladies-only group workout space where no woman ever has to exercise alone.

Every month, we refresh our entire workout plan — bringing you new routines, new challenges, and new fun so your body never plateaus and your motivation never fades. From high-energy Zumba and HIIT to calming Yoga and Pilates, every session is a group experience designed to keep you engaged, energized, and coming back for more.

Classes run Monday to Friday, and registration is just Rs. 3,000 — because every woman in Karachi deserves access to world-class group fitness without breaking the bank.
